The kit lens is absolutely fine and i also purchased a yongnuo ef yn 50mm f18 standard prime lens for 41 compared to the 110 for the canon lens. The canon 700d is one of the greatest mid range cameras of all time.

Canon eos 700d twin lens kit published 6 years ago i needed to upgrade to a new camera from my old pentax p30nive been looking for a while now and i spoke with a couple of work colleagues who have recommended the canon cameras 600d650d so i shopped around and finally settled on the 700d twin lens kit.
